An open letter to Michael Buble
Dear hottest man alive,
How could you let this happen?! If you wanted a little secret somethin somethin on the side why didn't you call me?! I'd keep it a secret. Well sorta. I'd have to tell Stacey..oh and Kaci...oh and probably my mom too but I would NEVER tell a nasty tabloid and I would never sell pictures of you...EVER. Sure I've had a couple kids but come on who hasn't?! If anything, it makes me more qualified for "sneaky love slave" status than some skankwad who needs to eat a sandwich. Call me
Much Love,
your almost baby mama

Ornament exchange dilemma
In two weeks I will be attending a cookie swap/ornament exchange. Every year I order my ornament through St. Jude. This year my ornament is so pretty that I don't want to give it away. Yeah I know that's really crappy of me.
Yes I know this picture doesn't do the ornament justice...I'm just sayin...:)

Photo tips for moms
I am trying something new. I hope I don't offend anyone with this (it isn't at all my intent)I am going to start giving out some tips. There have been so many times when people will ask me to look at their pics and give them my opinion. And so many times their pictures could have been so much better had they done something differently.
Tip #1: BABIES
When photographing a baby, especially a newborn, try to use as much natural light as possible. The flash (or misused studio lights) have a way of just killing all those soft baby features you want to remember.
Get close ups of those cute butt cheeks or tiny fingers and toes. It's also fun to get a shot of mommy or daddy's hands holding baby's hands, feet, head, butt, etc. Down the road it's very cool to see the size difference change.
If you are using a regular point and shoot camera try out the macro setting (little flower) to zoom in on those precious little parts

Confessions of a slacker blogger
ok I am a terrible blogger. It's all the usual excuses...no time, sick kids, homework. etc.
So here are a couple of pics from the past few days
I absolutely love her hands.
This is just hilarious to me. "I WANT CANDY!"
